Free shipping

Shipping is free on every order. Because our minimum order is $150, every order qualifies for free shipping across Canada.

Processing time

Orders are processed once your payment is confirmed. We aim to pack and ship confirmed orders within one to two business days.

Delivery

Delivery times vary by destination and are usually a few business days after dispatch. You will receive tracking details where available so you can follow your parcel.

Age verification on delivery

Our products are for adults 19 and older. An adult signature and valid government photo identification may be required on delivery. Orders cannot be left without age verification.

Provincial flavour restrictions

Some provinces and territories restrict the sale of flavoured vaping products. Where the law requires it, we can only ship tobacco, mint or menthol options to those regions, including Quebec, Alberta, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, New Brunswick, the Northwest Territories and Nunavut. If a flavour you ordered cannot be shipped to your address, we will contact you.

Lost or damaged parcels
